The first person I talked to signed me up for various programs but was unable to activate the phone,She passed me on to another representative who wondered why he was called and just hung up without even a hello. The next day I tried again and none of the numbers to call for help setting up the phone answered (it was midweek -no holiday.I thought Great Call prided themselves on support!
