I've reached out to the seller regarding the missing pieces but haven't heard back. The description says it comes with multiple straps, chargers, etc, but it does not. I've heard the wireless charging on these is a bit tricky, however, I haven't been able to get a full charge yet. I definitely regret buying this over a new one, which at least would have come with instructions.
