This is easy. It doesn't work. Fully charged. GMC Yukon with a 5.3L engine using synthetic blend oil. Engine is in great shape. However, daughter left the door open for a week which drained the battery. Applied the DBPower device. It had a 100% charge. Followed the directions. It wouldn't even turn the engine over once. Hooked up jumper cables to my car and the Yukon fired right up. What's the point. Theoretically, this was supposed to be the circumstance that this device was meant for, yet it failed completely. 5.18.17 UPDATE: Upon seeing my negative review, the company politely contacted me and sent me a new unit at no cost. I think that is pretty incredible; however, for me this is an emergency device like a flotation device on a boat. If I need to use it and it works great, I'll be happy to update my review and give better marks. Until then, I only have the experience in my first review. One thing I have to say, though, is they stand behind the product.
