Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I wish I had read reviews before I bought this. I have this for 1 month and the battery will not hold a charge. The first week I charged until full, and the charge didn't even last 5 days. I purposely left it charging for 6 days and when I tried to use it, it was like it was unplugged the entire time. No return option or contact seller, so I will attempt to call amazon, but what a hassle for something I had hoped would last for years.
