Definitely not rated properly - tried to use it on a cool night in the low 50s high 40s and I was freezing. Thought it would make a good inexpensive quilt. Didn't work unfortunately. If the night had gone down to 36 like the "recommended sleep zone" I probably would have had to spend the night doing pushups and splitting logs. I knew it was a risk when I bought it so I had extra clothes on my test night but it simply didn't pass. not worth keeping. Returned.
