Got this not even a month ago. Worked fine for 2 weeks, although the talk to google never did. At this point Remote won't work I switch the batteries twice to be 100% sure. TV does not turn on. Unplugged it, and plugged it back in nothing, did the same for 30 minutes and plugged it back in.... It is connected to a UPS with surge control, everything around it works...I don't have the box anymore either so... I consider it a loos of $!50.. save your box
