Great concept- loved it for 2 days of use, and safer than a traditional chainsaw. However, 3 major flaws: 1-cannot check oil level by sight or dipstick... squirt blind and when your garage floor is wet, pray some went in the saw 2- automatic tensioning system not effective... and no way to override with typical adjustment screw. Too much sag- partially caused by bar splitting, but prior as well. See pic 3-after light, normal use (no ramming, drops etc), tip of the chain bar started to split, so no more track.... chain is now INSIDE the bar a good ½" (see pic). And a replacement bar... Amazon, Walmart, anywhere else... is $39 or $40... literally HALF THE PRICE OF THE ENTIRE CHAINSAW? Infrequent use, so too late to return. I can't believe I'm about to drop an $80 chainsaw in the trash bin. Extremely disappointed. Um, obviously.
