We have had four of these fans now. Three which were purchased at a local retailer or via Amazon. Each fan failed after a few months-weeks and was replaced. The 3rd fan only worked for less than a month and then failed. Contacted the Vendor and had to go thru a RMA process with supporting documentation to obtain a replacement. The replacement (#4) arrived yesterday and I discovered the fan does NOT work right out of the box. I would avoid this fan as the quality is poor.
