I contacted the company as instructed on the packaging and on the product to report one bag that is not holding the seal. I have not heard from them. I since have been having issues with another bag. I had to go to the store to buy another set of bags, simply because I have not heard back from the company regarding replacements, as stated in their "guarantee". Overall, it seems like an okay product, but I would be hesitant to purchase again, simply because I've had issues with 2 of the 6 I purchased with no response from the vendor. I do like the ease of use of the valve and the plastic bag seems to be a little thicker than the other variety I purchased. I also like the triple zipper, it does seem more secure. EDIT: I'm having issues with more of the bags. I knocked off another two stars.
