Interesting product, looks cool and feels good in your hand. Have biology background, so when co-worker recommended I was a bit skeptical. Looked for articles supporting and initially only found superficial articles seeming to confirm, so I bought it. Since then found peer-reviewed articles highlighting that to be effective requires prolonged contact with pathogens (like 90 minutes). Great to make door knobs and surfaces out of but probably not an effective hand sanitizer. I worry people will have this and think this replaces hand washing, it doesn’t-***Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer with alcohol***. I don’t think this can do any harm except if changes your behavior in a bad way. Cool and well made, but don’t think it works as most people think and isn’t a realistic sanitizer. My kids make fun of me almost daily for falling for this. If manufacturer has real peer reviewed journals supporting use as an effective and realistic hand-sanitizer would love to see. I couldn’t find them.
