Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

As I rolled over on mattress, attempting to get comfortable to sleep, the mattress spontaneously ripped along entire edge of one air cell (see pictures), and is now worthless after less than 3 months of ownership. I was flabbergasted. Moreover, Mayfair's failure to act promptly to resolve this issue has prompted this 1-star review. I have already written twice to the company—providing the attached photos, as well as other requested information—but have heard nothing further from Mayfair. Hopefully, this poor review will prompt Mayfair to action.
