We had this headset for 3 months and for no reason the microphone broke off the base. We super glued it. We contacted Turtle Beach. They requested that we send them a photo. I sent them 3 photos and told them that we super glued the microphone back onto the base. Based on the photo, they determined that the device needed to be replaced under warranty. However, in order to get the replacement headset, they wanted us to cut the cable on the headset and send them a photo to prove that we cut the cable. They are the ones who determined that the headset needed to be replaced but they wanted us to go through the extra steps to prove that we did what they wanted. This is not how you treat your customers. If they wanted the device back so they can do whatever they wanted to do with it then they should have sent us a return label.
