I have zero complaints about the cereal itself. Yes, there is a slightly sticky texture. That’s what happens when whey powder gets wet. And I myself don’t notice any issues with the sweetness, but I regularly use the same type of sweeteners that are in it, so I’m conditioned I guess. My big issue, which actually makes me livid, is that I realized this morning I am only getting 4 bowls out of a box — not five — despite using a food scale. I thought I must be imagining it, so I opened a brand new box, emptied the entire contents into a bowl on my food scale, and yup, it was 164g instead of 198g. This feels like someone is stealing from me. Not cool at all. I emailed the company and may edit my review depending on how they respond. UPDATE: A rep emailed me back quickly, but said there was nothing they could do because I purchased through Amazon. She said they could/would help only if the product was purchased directly from them, followed by “have a magical day!” Zero accountability or standing by their product. I’m done. Thankfully, Amazon did issue me a refund.
