Well, I recently purchased a new iPad Mini and decided to try 3 or 4 different inexpensive cases before settling on my favorite. This is a nice looking case at a low price, but mine arrived with a deformed corner (probably from the manufacturer) which prevented it fitting the lower RH corner of my iPad Mini. I assume this should have been detected by a simple quality inspection, but it wasn't. Otherwise, the red/black case I chose looked nice, was slim and lightweight, and might have worked OK for me. However, I noticed the cover was scored to be foldable, but when folded, did not support the iPad Mini in easel mode ... neither in portrait nor landscape position. It looks like the Apple-designed foldable cover, but it just doesn't work like one. Not a deal breaker, but instead of requesting a replacement due to the mold defect, I just returned it today. Pass.
