Third, if they are activated, it shouldn't be set to auto renew without my consent. Fourth if it is activated, you should have a easy way (like a button click) to switch off auto renewal. Fifth it asks me to contact customer care to do that, and I did - but that didn't work either. I am not fond of practices like this.
