This is PURE TRASH. It's been hooked up 3 days and I hate it already. It's super loud, as slow as a turtle, and it keeps saying my computer isn't connected. How can it scan and upload a document 1 second and then 2 min later the computer isn't connected? Then, while Im writing this review it starts to scan ALL BY ITSELF...I swear to God. I'm going to return this one as soon as my new one arrives. Or ill let the kids make endless copies of nothing on it...its trash anyway.. Im super mad I had to give it a star.
