I got a NUWAVE 3 quart Brio air fryer for Mother’s Day . It is such a horrible product that I feel I need to write about it . If I can give it a negative rating I would but unfortunately the system does not allow that . The manual that accompanies the air fryer dies not give true times for any of the air frying at all . I tried Brussels sprouts as my first attempt at air frying . It took more than three times the time that was stated in the manual . Then I tried the French fries to my utter disappointment, in spite of increasing the fryer timings enormously , the fries were not crisp at all. The fresh potatoes did not cook at all in spite of more than an hour of trying , I finally used a skillet to cook the potato . The same was true for tortilla chips. Frankly at this point I am sure I want to try anything else on this fryer . I am past the point of returning the air fryer but I want to write this review to prevent other people from buying this product . I am totally turned off air fryers at this point . I would like my money back .
