Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

We've given this a good shot and we're not happy. We had the original NutriBullet and used it every day. We decided to upgrade to the better model and it is SO, SO Loud you need to leave the room when it's running, not to mention it unscrews the base from the container making a mess. We actually think there might be something wrong with this specific one, but can't figure out how to exchange it through Amazon. We'd like to try a different one and hope ours is just defective. If not, then we would prefer to go back to the original model.
