The new formula is horrible at blending in my grays. As everyone else said, it turns the grays a bright auburn/orange color. I've used the product for over 10 years and was happy with it. Clairol, why did you mess with a good thing?!?!?! It's doubtful that Clairol will listen to us, so they've lost a lot of baby boomers with this new formulation. That's a huge segment - probably your main segment for hair color. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
