Terrible! If I could give this zero stars I would. I got an offer that if I signed up for the card, I would get a $40 gift card immediately applied to my account. I got the confirmation that I was approved for the card and they only applied $10 to my account. I called the customer support number and they lady told me I needed to talk to Amazon Customer support. I talked to Amazon customer support and they told me they had no idea why I did not get the $40 and to call the bank back. I called the bank back and this other lady told me that I would get a $40 credit on my first statement instead. I explained that was not what was on the webpage where I signed up. I told her to just cancel the card and that I did not want to deal with this at all. I have never seen such a run around before. I have always had good luck with Amazon customer service, but this time it was a big failure.
