Heat level is good, the power is good. The black fitted parts, nozzle and the back keep coming off during use at the slightest touch. How frustrating to be stopping and fixing them back and to keep doing it over again during a single use. Design and functionality rates poorly. Also, the nozzle is designed to stay in one position. It does not offer flexibility to direct the air flow in the direction one wants. Anyone who has used a hair dryer will know that it needs to be moved around the head at different angles so it is necessary to have some manual flexibility. In my old hair dryer also by Revlon, I was able to turn the nozzle and direct the air the way I want since I dry my own hair and use different angles around my head to dry. This dryer will work best if someone else is drying your hair.
