Roller brush stopped working. Shark customer service tells me to firmly replace the wand to make sure it’s engaged.Had to do this a million times and now it’s just not working at all. Bought in February 2017. Update...I contacted amazon and they had a new vacuum, two day shipping on its way in two hours. Sharks customer service asked me if it was on and plugged in. LOL Thanks amazon! You Rock!
