PROS: The product was sturdy, and nice looking. It is made of a wood product with a wood lamante type veneer (thicker than most veneer). It's a heavy piece. Great with Farmhouse décor. Easy to put together. My son assembled it in less than 2 hours, instruction and numbered pieces helped. CONS: Their Inspector with Quality Assurance Dept was sleeping on the job. When opening the package, the most narrow piece which goes in the front was broken at one of the pre-drilled hole sites. The manufacturer would not replace that one piece (which is numbered). Even thought I had ordered weeks before Christmas, by the time you email, get response, wait, wait, then a few more emails, there was no time to replace the entire console by Christmas. :( They gave me a $30 refund for the problem. One thing to NOTE: I ordered through Amazon. Seller was WE Furniture. The package said it came from Overstock. My email were replied by Red Rock. When a purchase goes through that many companies, you're bound to have trouble, but there's no way of knowing this at time of purchase.
