Pros:
Works for showing if your garage door is open/closed.
Can control garage door remotely with MyQ App.
Cons:
No geofencing. Not having this feature pretty much the device worthless.
Requires an extra piece of hardware (LiftMaster MYQ 819LMB which is almost $100) to use with HomeKit.
Requires $1 monthly or $10 subscription to use with Google Home or IFTTT.
