The Rabbit TV USB device is not a transmitter because it does not broadcast radio waves or provide any type of television service. Rabbit TV is just a poorly made flash drive (mine broke just from inserting into my computer a few times) loaded with software that provides links to external websites that Rabbit TV has no legal rights to. These websites can easily be found by searching for them without Rabbit TV. Rabbit TV does not give people access to anything, because everyone already has access to free internet TV online without Rabbit TV. There are plenty of FREE, non-profit Internet TV Guides online that offer links to TV on the internet without charging fees like Rabbit TV does. These Internet TV Guides can easily be found just by searching for the term, "Internet TV Guide". There is no need for anyone to pay for access to something that can already be accessed for free. The amount of content Rabbit TV claims to provide access to is also incorrect. The "5000 free internet TV stations" is more like 2,000 internet TV stations, most of which are from other countries in foreign languages that most Americans can't understand and have no interest in. The "50,000 radio stations" is more like 9,000 stations of music most people have never heard of. As for movies, don't expect to be watching any blockbusters on demand. Rabbit TV also has terrible customer service. They actually encourage people to figure out problems for themselves with the following quote, "Did you know: 95% of all support issues can be resolved by visiting our knowledge base and/or viewing how-to videos". They say this because if you actually try calling them to resolve an issue, they will be of absolutely no help. The most common issues that arise with Rabbit TV are computers being attacked with viruses after installing Rabbit TV, and credit/debit cards being overcharged by Rabbit TV with no way of canceling an order. Rabbit TV even censors the press. They delete negative reviews, hold comments for approval, and it seems they even pay people to write positive reviews for them. If you search for Rabbit TV reviews, the first few pages of results seem to be written by people who are invested in Rabbit TV, and are completely subjective and biased, giving praise to the product. It is actually somewhat difficult to find real reviews from real customers. I am glad I found some real customer reviews here on Amazon, but I wish there were more. I really want to start seeing major news websites writing legitimate editorial reviews of Rabbit TV and find out what they have to say, because I want to read some professional opinions. If you had the same problems I had, it would be a good idea to call the Better Business Bureau and explain exactly how Rabbit TV ripped you off. Boycott Rabbit TV!
