In Order to get a refund or another bottle with fluid I'd need to mail back the full and the empty bottle and it's not really worth it. The product, I like. But beware that when you order, your bottle/s may leak and you're really just stuck. I don't feel like mailing back the full bottle I've already been using, to get a bottle with possibly product in it. I think this is a quality control issue and before packaging and mailing, someone should be sure the lid is tightened. Mine was only half-screwed on when the product arrived. Too bad, it seems to be a good product otherwise.
