You can compare Game of Thrones to a meal at a fancy restaurant. The Appetizer (seasons 1-3) are delectable, some of the best food you've ever tasted. The Entree (seasons 4-5) are amazing. You will never forget this night. Dessert (season 6-7) comes out, and you're expecting another slam dunk, and it disappoints. It's not BAD, but it's just nowhere near what came before. Now comes the digestivo. But instead of the after-dinner drinks, the chef comes out. He stands in front of you, turns around and lets out a loud, wet fart right in your face (season 8).
