I'm on my 4th roll of this cable, and it's always been good, but this latest 100' roll is not the same cable at all. Monoprice has clearly gone for a major cost-savings over quality. Both the outer white sheathing and the insulation on the individual wires is much thinner now. IT feels flimsy and cheaply made. To be fair, I was using it in an application where it was going to be seen, so the new paper-thin sheathing is not acceptable. It makes the individual conductors inside show and makes the cable look ropy, rather than like a nice round cable like it used to. I'm surprised they can still make their CL2 rating. I will have to look elsewhere for my 4-conductor cable needs.
