When I first received this product I had reservations about it being 2 piece and almost returned it but thought lets try it. I didn't experience the problems with the stripped threads that most mentioned but you cannot get the sections completely tight and they wobble. I thought about using some Loctite to tighten up the joints but before I could do that it came apart in the wind, basically unscrewed itself, and was laying on the ground. So I went to my local Ace Hardware to get some Loctite but while walking to that section of the store I went through the section that has the Garden Flags and they had one piece flag holders in various sizes so I bought 2 of them and when I got home these went in the metal recycling container to be taken out to the County Recycling Center in the future.
