Edit: Return shipping cost was almost $100. The company did try to make it right by telling me I didn't need to send back, but it was too late. I had already mailed it. I think is a company with nice people trying to do right, but man it would be better if they could put their money and time into a better, less gimmicky, product. Outside of the aesthetic, there's nothing to like about this chair. There is no back support, the chair pad is hard and small. I sat in this for a week and ended up needing to go to a chiropractor because it made my low back worse. This is not an ergonomic chair. Aside from that, the chair I received was malfunctioning as the up/down mechanism was broken and the company refuses to pay for return shipping. Great.
