Okay, so when I first saw these headphones I was so excited! The wood finish was so cool, and all I saw was great reviews, so I decided to spend 26$ on these pair of headphones on November 6th 2015. When I got them, they came in a very professional box and the carrying case was so neat. I was very happy with my order for the first two weeks! But then I noticed on the right earbud, where the metal strap is that connects the base of the headphone to the rubber buds connect was commected with glue which was starting to wear off. I didn't really mind that because it wasn't too bad and the headphone still worked. I thought about calling in and seeing what I should do, but I didn't. It is now January 10th, 2016 and the right headphone is breaking completely. The glue is almost not even present and the sound sounds very muffled when I try to play my anything. I have called customer service, and so far no response. It was a very cool purchase, but in the end I am not a happy camper. Hopefully Symphonized will fix my problem and I can remove all the frustration about this from my head. I have enclosed pictures so you can see what part is falling out.
