No home product should require the consumer to reconfigure their home network router in order for the product's setup wizard to work. That is utterly ridiculous. And yet this product does that. In the setup instructions it states that most home routers run at 5MHz but unfortunately their setup process requires it to run at 2.4MHZ. Then it blithely instructs the user to reconfigure their router before continuing. No instructions for doing that, just an assumption that of course most home owners routinely re-configure network router settings, no problem! I put the whole mess right back into the box and returned it.
