*** 2021-03 Update *** Recommend being leary of the high praise on this product. After posting my honest thoughts, I recieved an email from the seller offering money if I remove my review. *** Original post *** Was very optimistic for this product but am sorely disappointed. 1. The earbud is the size of a penny. Which is way too large for my ears....and there is no way to scale down the size, as it's a set firm plastic earbud. 2. I bought the offline package for the extra $30, only to find that all that does is give you a coupon for one download of 1 language pack. Anything beyond that you have to buy. Selling it is an offline package is quite misleading. The functionality of how the app interfaces (you have to use this with a specific app) is quite good. The translation is quick and the displays in a way that 2 people can be looking at the screen from each ends. Very disappointing as it so close to being a really fantastic product....but, if you have huge ear canals, and want to spend a bunch of extra money on offline language packages that do have to be updated, you might not be as disappointed.
