I usually don't write negative feedback on products, but when I was doing my research, I did not find a review to deter me from buying Zero Water, so I hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake I did. I Just got off the phone with Zero Water, I explained that we bought this item 2 weeks ago and the water already tastes weird. We did the test and it read 650ppm, our tap water is 450ppm! She said that due to the fact that we live in an area that has such a high number, we will likely have to change the filter every two weeks. My family consists of myself, my wife and our newborn baby, so we really weren't putting any strain on the filter. Before you buy this product, go to their website, check your areas PPM/TDS number, if it is above 250, then this is not a good option as you will constantly be replacing the very expensive filters. I will say that when we first bought it, the water tasted great. However, had we known we would be replacing the filter so frequently, we would not have purchased it.
