I purchased this steamer almost 2 months ago. After reading all the reviews I thought it was a good choice, I used it one time and it worked good, Although it had white particles coming out from where the steam comes from like it was used before but I didn’t think it was important as long as it was working. After I finished using the steamer I made sure everything was dry before putting it away. Few days ago I needed to use it, it got hot and ready to go but no steam was coming out, I tried everything to make it work, I checked and made sure that I had everything right but nothing, all I got was a clicking sound. I can’t return it because the return window is closed.. For the price i though I was getting a good long lasting steamer but I was so wrong. I’m so disappointed 😞. I’m giving 1 star for “easy to use, light weight, thickness “ only because I have to but really, those features are pointless when the steamer doesn’t work.
