Four times in the last month I needed to unlock my door from the road and the app reports scanning for lock then status not found. I email customer service and the conclude they are having server problems and to try again later. Sure enough later it starts working. Because of the unreliable nature makesit hard to trust. *Since, August has updated the firmware on the lock and on the Connect bridge. The reliability is way way up. I can not remember when the access from the outside has failed. Also love that now I can access the lock via Siri and Alexa. Changing my review from 2 starts to 5 starts.
