Beware of Return Fees $250 +
This product was not functioning well. The return latch was extremely difficult and was defective, not allowing it to retract and latch properly on the foot rest. Therefore it could not be used. The box arrived damaged in several places. Though I eventually received a refund, I had to pay $280 to return it out of my pocket. The seller refused to honor shipping on the defective item. Dennis
