If I could give this product zero stars I would! Worked well the first three times I used it, thereafter food sticks to the pan even if I use a substantial amount of oil. As demonstrated in the pictures I have attached, eggs stuck to the pan even with oil and butter! I figured I had received a defective product so I called Gotham steel customer service to exchange the pan as it should be under at least a 6 month warranty. Customer service was rude and short with me, bottom line there is NO warranty on this pan and the only recommendation offered was that I buy a new one??? This product must of had some chemical or coating that wears off after a couple of uses, because it just doesn't work after three uses and washes. I Simultaneously bought the copper chef pan and that actually works. I have used it multiple times for about 5 months now and it never sticks. I don't know what the manufactured difference is between the copper and Gotham pan, but the bottom line is that copper works and the Gotham steel pan just doesn't!
