How people have given this chair positive reviews I have no clue.... it feels cheap, functions cheap, and breaks like its cheap. It’s cheap - and not in the good way. 1) Back will not install straight, either the base, back, or hinges are not square (straight). 2) The chair leans. 3) The plastic covers barely catch the Single bolt that holds them on and already had one break off. 4) The other bolt for the cover on other side stripped immediately after threading bolt into the hole. 5) footrest doesn’t slide very well. 6) Stiff with minimal padding.
