I'm writing this review after using the product for about an year and keeping it inside the trunk for another year. I'm not sure about other cars but this applies to VW owners with their "V-Tex Leatherette" seats. I own a 2017 VW Jetta with beige interior and over the course of about 1 year that I've used this product on my driver seat, it stained the heck out of my beige seat. I've tried to take the stains out but it won't come out with conventional cleaning products. I bought this product to protect my seats but instead ended up ruining my seat. Please be careful.
