Although the design of the product is great I have to give this a one star review due sanitary concerns. When you order a product like this, it is expected to be new especially for obvious sanitary purposes. However, this bench arrived unsealed with damaged packaging. I needed this for immediate use therefore, I was unable to return and had to bleach thoroughly. When washed noticed yellow film came off as well as a number of hairs. Absolutely disgusted that this would be sold. I will be writing to this company to receive a refund for sure. Buyer beware.
