Piece of junk, fails as soon as it is out of warranty
Save your money. This is an expensive scale, but not durable. Mine stopped syncing after just over one year. Fitbit support confirmed that "there is something wrong with it, it is not working properly." However, there is no actual support - just "well, it is out of warranty so there is nothing we can do." I should have known, though. Fitbit trackers also last for just a little over a year before they give up the ghost, too. I cannot tell you how many Fitbits I've purchased over the years, but I am done with this company. Do not waste your money on this piece of junk.
