The scale works fine... my problem is that the "glue" holding the foot pads to the scale is some industrial never drying sticky goo that 1. Means the footpads will shift over time. (Since it never dries) 2. It will leak goo on your floor and no amount of wiping really gets rid of this. You have to use Goof off to get rid of it. And even then it takes several attempts. It is the worst kind of sticky... and to top it off, before I realized what had happened, my dog had licked the dripping glue which made her violently ill. (She's fine now)
