I am not sure whether I received a counterfeit product or a legitimate but defective one. Anyway, it did not work! When I plugged the card into the card reader on my Windows 10 computer, Windows told me that the card needed to be formatted. When I opened the Format app, it informed me that the capacity of the card was 35GB. So either the card I received is a very good fake, or it's defective. The packaging and card looked legitimate, based on 256GB Samsung cards that I have bought in the past. There was a paper sticker over the barcode on the back of the package which seemed unusual. The card I received was sold by M Direct US. I have since returned the card for a refund.
