Worked wonders for a week or two. Then started leaking water from under the unit so on inspection saw that water was leaking onto all the wiring inside the unit. Stopped use immediately and contacted the customer service warranty to get it fixed. They emailed back immediately requesting info on the product such as serial number etc then went MIA for the past 4 weeks. Have tried contacting over and over and still have no response back. It is a shame that I even purchased the extended warranty in hopes that I would get some customer service when needed but it seems like they don't plan on responding any time soon. Would have been a great AC if that leak was taken care of.
