This was a great trashcan while it lasted. Did need to replace the batteries a few times in 4 months but okay no big deal. I got it in July and by the start of November it’s already stopped working no matter how many new batteries I try. Their website is stuck and doesn’t let me submit a warranty claim (2 year coverage) and after a hold on the phone, their mailbox was full so I couldn’t leave a message. Trashy support service no pun intended. Would appreciate if anyone could still reach out to me.
