I couldn’t wait to receive this cookbook and it delivered today. Oh boy what a disappointment, since when do plants based foods include eggs, cheese, butter and milk?! This is the last ATK cookbook I purchased, the recipes are already in their Vegetarian and Vegan cookbooks. So they added some new recipes and combined the other two. Their recipes are still full of oil and simple carbs. Sad really..
