These aren't the same quality as the ones I usually buy. I usually buy the Clorox Disinfecting Toilet Wand refills from Costco. These have a green band instead of a blue band like the ones I have bought for years. I used one to clean the toilet and it did not suds up at all and after a few seconds all the green cleaner was gone. I don't see how these can be the real thing - they must be a knock-off.
