Buyer beware! Just as others have experienced, this hose reel was delivered with a major leak. The inside hose connector was only soldered on one side. It took me longer than 30 days to get this mounted to the house so I can no longer even ask for a replacement. This is a very good looking hose reel on my house but it won't be there very long once the wife finds out that it leaks!
