Today, Oct 6th, after 2 of the 3 brush heads broke I called Oral-B Braun. They had me perform the "scratch test". If you use a dime, and scratch off the gray Oral-B label, it is a counterfeit. Very disappointed to find my purchase was a scam. Buyer be ware.
